    Firm Overview

The firm’s success comes from tailoring each solution to a client’s particular needs. That success is measured in the real differences made in our clients’ quality of life.

Established in 2020 by three friends, Matt, Brian, and Phil provide access to justice for consumers. Our firm serves clients all throughout California with offices in Los Angeles, Arroyo Grande, Santa Ana, and Riverside.

The trio of Matt, Brian, and Phil collaborate on all of their cases. Each lawyer has extensive knowledge and experience in one or more practice areas of the firm that helps them find innovative and effective strategies to handle their clients’ cases.

They have a proven track record of top legal representation for consumers who are facing debt collection lawsuits and victims of identity theft, debt collection abuse, and unfair business practices. Each and every one of our cases, from inception to conclusion, is treated individually with the utmost care and attention.

Consumers in California should know that they have important legal rights. You should also know that good legal help is only a phone call away.

    Your Basic Consumer Rights

Just because you may owe a debt, debt collectors aren’t allowed to harass you. If debt collectors report false information on your credit report they’re violating the law. If you’ve been harmed by unlawful collection practices or false information on your credit report, you can sue for damages.

We’ve been there. At the Consumer Justice Law Center, we know from first-hand experience how the worst debt collectors operate – and we know what it’s like when a debt or credit dispute puts a family’s home and future at risk.

It doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor or deeply in debt. If you’re involved in a debt or credit dispute in California, a consumer protection lawyer at the Consumer Justice Law Center can stop the harassment, solve the dispute, or defend you against a debt collection lawsuit.

With our help, consumers can challenge debt collectors and credit reporting agencies. Whatever the problem is, we’ll resolve it in a way that won’t cause a financial hardship for you or your family.

    How can we help

When you become our client, we explain what your rights and options are and what we can do to help. If you can answer “yes” to any of these questions, a consumer protection lawyer at the Consumer Justice Law Center can probably help you:

    • 1. Have you been harassed or sued by a debt collector or a collection agency?
    • 2. Are you considering bankruptcy?
    • 3. Is there incorrect information on your credit report?
    • 4. Has someone opened up credit cards or taken out loans using your identity without your consent?
    • 5. Have you received collection calls even after you have told the debt collector to stop contacting you?
    • 6. Are you receiving robocalls from a debt collector even though you don’t owe a debt?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, contact us – (888) 488-2552 – to learn more about your rights.

    What Will Justice Cost

A consumer protection attorney’s help may cost less than you think – if there’s any cost at all. Most consumer protection laws are “fee shifting” laws, meaning that if you sue a company for violating the law, they have to pay your attorneys’ fees if you prevail.

In cases that require a fee – if we defend you against a debt collection lawsuit, for example – we strive to keep our rates affordable, and we’ll find a way to work with you.

We’ll work with you and take the legal steps necessary to stop the harassment or resolve the issue you are facing. If you’re ready to learn more contact us at (888) 488-2552, and we’ll move forward together.
